The founder of the Competition is Kremenchuk Mykhailo Ostrohradskyi National University. The Competition is run with the support of the Ministry of education and science of Ukraine , the patronage of the National Commission of Ukraine for UNESCO.

The International Competitive Tender of Students’ Research Papers on Certain Disciplines is held for the purpose of Ukraine’s integration into European educational and scientific space, increase of international ties, stimulation of the students’ innovative activity when they make themselves masters of modern technologies, creation of the conditions which form the intellectual potential of the talented youth.
